Chef/Owner Brittany Alexander grew up in the rustic city of Dallas, TX with Louisiana roots she started watching her Grandmother and mother cook at a young age. She learned different fusions of Cajun and Southern cuisines with the quality of essential ingredients. Over the years She worked odd jobs, never realizing her passion for food. In 2015 she decided to take on a Culinary adventure by opening up a personal chef and catering company called Simplicity By B.Alexander.
