Today, brides are busily buying books and paying wedding planners to plan their special day. However, they forget about the coordination on the actual day of their wedding.
Wedding planning and wedding coordination are two different services.
Wedding planning is the actual picking and choosing of vendors, reception site, dresses, etc.
Wedding coordination is having a certified wedding coordinator physically attend your wedding activities, including the rehearsal, to make sure everything is going as you had planned.
Wedding coordinators take care of all the big and small details, such as, making sure the vendors are doing what they are paid to do, flowers are fresh, the right photo is taken, the bridal party is announced, wedding participants are in place, and most of importantly, that everyone is happy; including the bride.
So, while you are busy planning your wedding, do not forget the coordinator to ensure that your wedding day is as perfect as you planned!
